Klintensiv® Khlorvet effervescent disinfectant TP3
Effervescent tablets based on active chlorine, for the disinfection of materials and surfaces in the veterinary-sanitary field (stables, barns, shelters, equipment, vehicles, livestock complexes, slaughterhouses, animal markets, veterinary clinics and laboratories). It releases chlorine only upon dissolution in water, providing controlled dosage and broad biocidal action (Gram+/Gram- bacteria, spores, fungi, viruses).

Physico-chemical characteristics

🔽 Step-by-step application details
- Step I – Mechanical & hydromechanical cleaning: remove debris (feed/manure); wash with a water jet (≥ 40 atm) and dedicated tools.
- Fixation phase (optional): KHLORVET 0.1%, 200 ml/m², 30 min on uncleaned surfaces.
- Step II – Washing & rinsing: detergent/degreaser ≈ 400 ml/m², 30 min; thorough rinsing (50–60 bar).

Step III – Disinfection: use doses and times from Tab 3; apply by wiping, spraying, or immersion.
- Solution quantity: 50–80 ml/m² (non-porous) · 200–250 ml/m² (porous).
- Close the hall for the duration of the contact time; rinse after completion.
- Sanitation verification: rapid test kit, 5–10 samples/compartment.
- Step IV – Reintroduction of equipment: only after washing + disinfection.
- Step V – Sanitary void: depending on disinfection quality (a few days up to 15 days).
- Procedural note: use only dissolved in clean water.
Recommended uses
- Hard porous/non-porous surfaces in stables, shelters, vehicles, slaughterhouses, livestock markets, veterinary clinics/laboratories.
- Instruments and objects by immersion; large surfaces by spraying + mop/cloth.
