Product Description

CUBE S is a 3D volumetric nebulizer for rapid disinfection of spaces up to 300 m³ through dry fog, compatible with authorized biocides. It finely disperses the solution and reaches hard-to-access areas, without wetting surfaces, ideal for homes, offices, clinics/medical practices, hotels, retail, and transportation.

Areas of use

Biocide compatibility

  • Use only biocides approved by the competent authority.
  • The product is compatible with most formulations intended for fogging (check the biocide's SDS).
  • Example of use: DESOGEN AERO.

User guide (step-by-step)

  1. Space preparation: calculate the room volume (m³). Restrict access during treatment.
  2. Installation: fix the biocide container in the holder; connect the silicone tube to the container and the device connector; check for leaks.
  3. Device positioning: place on a horizontal surface, nozzle oriented ~45° upwards; keep a distance of ≥2 m from objects.
  4. Volume setting: adjust the volume selector (m³) according to the required dose (see section "Dosage & settings").
  5. Start: switch ON; immediately leave the enclosure. CUBE S automatically switches off at the end.
  6. After treatment: wait min. 15 min before re-entering, then ventilate.

Dosage & settings (example DESOGEN AERO – 10 ml/m³)

CUBE S has an internal scale of 3 ml/m³. For biocides requiring 10 ml/m³, set the selector using the conversion factor 10/3 ≈ 3.33:

Volume displayed on CUBE S = Actual room volume × 3.33

Indicative table (3 ml/m³ scale):

  • Displayed 300 m³ → treats ~90 m³ at 10 ml/m³
  • Displayed 180 m³ → ~55 m³
  • Displayed 150 m³ → ~45 m³
  • Displayed 100 m³ → ~30 m³

Practical example: for a room of 45 m³, set the selector to 150 m³ (45 × 3.33 ≈ 150).

Note: Follow the recommended dosage by the biocide manufacturer. If the biocide requires a different dose (e.g., 5 ml/m³), adjust with the corresponding factor.

Safety & essential precautions

  • DO NOT nebulize harmful, flammable/explosive substances (gasoline, solvents, alcohol, etc.).
  • Evacuate people from the room during treatment; the operator enters only with biocide-specific PPE (goggles + full PVC suit).
  • Do not start within < 2 m of objects; do not cover air vents or the nozzle.
  • Do not insert objects/fluids into the nozzle; do not move the device while operating.
  • Disconnect immediately in case of leaks; fix the cause.
  • Use grounded outlets only; do not use faulty cables/extension cords.
  • Do not open the casing – this will void the warranty.
  • Follow the SDS/MSDS of the biocide used.

Maintenance

  • Wipe the casing with a microfiber cloth; do not spray detergent directly on the device.
  • When storing, protect the nozzle opening with the self-adhesive protector.
  • Keep the device dry and clean.

Problems & solutions (summary)

  • Does not turn on: check the power supply, fuse, cable.
  • Turns on, but does not spray: check the position/filling of the container, the lid, the nozzle (make sure it's not covered).
  • If the problem persists: service@cubeatomizers.com (do not tamper inside).

Standards & compliance

  • 2014/30/EU (EMC), 2014/35/EC (LVD), 2011/65/EC (RoHS).
  • Warranty: 12 months under conditions of use according to the manual.

Warranty

In case of irreparable defect within 3 hours of ascertainment by an authorized technician, on-the-spot replacement with a new unit (according to the warranty certificate). The warranty is void in case of unauthorized interventions, improper use, faulty power supply, etc.
