KLINODIOL 9.9 - Mosquito and tick protection for children

Klinodiol 9.9 is a repellent emulsion for children over 6 months old, with a proven effect of repelling mosquitoes and ticks. Formulated with Citriodiol® – an active ingredient derived from Eucalyptus citriodora oil – it offers an alternative to DEET products.

🧪 Composition per 100g product:

  • Active ingredient: 9% (w/w) Citriodiol®/Eucalyptus citriodora oil, hydrated, cyclized (CAS: 1245629-80-4)

  • Other ingredients: water, <5% non-ionic surfactants, emulsifying and suspending agents, solvent

🧴 How to use:

  1. Shake the container well before use.

  2. Apply directly to intact and exposed skin from a distance of 10–15 cm by manually operating the pump. The recommended dose is 7 ml/m².

  3. For the face, apply first to the palm, then carefully distribute on cheeks, chin, and forehead.

  4. Reapply as needed, after contact with water or perspiration, every 4–8 hours.

⚠️ Warnings for parents:

  • Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, nostrils, and irritated skin.

  • Do not apply to wounds, scratches, or sunburns.

  • Do not use on children under 6 months.

  • Do not use the product if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients.

  • Keep out of reach of children; application should be done by parents.

  • Do not combine immediately with sunscreen products – apply UV protection cream 30 minutes before Klinodiol 9.9.

  • Do not apply the product to the hands of small children (risk of accidental contact with mouth or eyes).

  • Do not apply to hot surfaces, with sparks or flame.

⚠️ In case of adverse reactions: In case of irritative reactions, washing with soap and water is recommended, and if necessary, consulting a doctor.
