KlinAll® Anti-Mold Disinfectant

Professional ready-to-use (PT2) disinfectant for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces contaminated or at risk of developing fungi (mold/yeast). It does not stain or fade, with low foaming, effective even in dirty conditions.

Areas of use

Kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms/bedrooms, pantries, cold/clothes storage areas (including shoe disinfection), condensation areas (corners, windows, doors).

Instructions for use (no dilution, no rinsing*)

  1. Pre-cleaning: remove visible dirt for maximum efficiency.
  2. Surface application (spray/cloth): completely moisten the surface (≈ 6–12 ml/m²).
  3. Contact time: 5 minutes for bactericidal, yeasticidal, fungicidal, virucidal effect.
  4. Maintenance: reapply periodically in areas with condensation/large temperature variations.

Microbiological efficacy - Authorization No. 6664BIO/02/12.30 issued by the National Commission for Biocidal Products:

  • EN 16615 – Bactericidal/Yeasticidal: undiluted, 5 min
  • EN 13697 – Bactericidal/Fungicidal: 5 min
  • EN 14476 – Virucidal: 5 min
  • EN 13704 (C. difficile) – Sporicidal: 60 min

Compatibility & recommendations

  • Usable on numerous washable surfaces: tiles, stoneware, glass, stainless steel, resistant plastics, washable paints.
  • Compatibility test on a small area during the first use.

Composition (active ingredients per 100 g)

  • 0.34% Didecyldimethylammonium chloride (CAS 7173-51-5, EC 230-525-2)
  • 0.09% Quaternary ammonium compounds benzyl-C12-18-alkyldimethyl chlorides (CAS 68391-01-5, EC 269-919-4)
    Other ingredients: <5% amphoteric surfactants, &lt5% nonionic, &lt5% cationic, chelating agent, pH correctors, perfume, water.
    Appearance: colorless liquid, perfumed scent │ pH: 10.8 ± 0.5 │ Soluble in water.

Safety in use

Consult and respect SDS/MSDS. Do not use the product if it is expired or stored under non-compliant conditions. Avoid contact with eyes/skin; use gloves for extensive applications. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.
